It’s been three years when the capital heart of India MUMBAI was bashed by the terrorist attack. It’s been three years when the Iconic hotel the Taj was set ablaze perforated with guns and bombs. It’s been three years when innocent people died in Nariman House, The Oberoi and Leopold café in Mumbai. It has rather been very painful three years for us, the proud Indians.

After the U.S was still healing its wounds of 9/11 attack in Pennsylvania, Pentagon and World Trade Centre. India became the second destination for the evil intentions of terrorists. It was the time when every nation was holding summits and convocations, reinforcing their manpower and infrastructure, improvising on intervening protection system simply for the terrorism to be dealt with. Then only cruelty stood again leaving behind succumbed humans and disastrous prodigy in front of the world.

Encountering the Mumbai attack-victims who might have many other destinations to be covered just ended their journey forever. Battling soldiers either of Police Force, Army or NSG unconditionally quested for their lives to bring the assault to a halt. Many of them won it on cost of loosing their lives. Among those one hero was Mumbai Police ASI Tukaram Ombale, he charged towards Ajmal Amir Kasab the only alive terrorist got held. Ombale had only one stick in his hand as a weapon to encounter the sophisticated guns of Kasab. They had a fair enough ambush and finally Ombale got shot in his head but never let the Kasab abscond. Salute to him and all of them who battled against terrorism on that particular day.

By the time we already had a pleading and bleeding Mumbai which lead the entire nation salvaging its dignity and sovereignty; the terrorist were successful to a great deal on the mission for what they were groomed for because their belief always believes in disbelief that their exist the real life after death and this stupidity is termed as martyrs in their vocabulary. However we managed to pin down the assassinators and get hold of one of them alive named AJMAL KASAB who is currently in custody of Indian Jurisdiction. The mastermind behind this cruel plan came out to be DAVID COLEMAN HEADLY basically hybrid of a Pakistani father and an American mother. However, headly who was brought up in US under his mother couldn’t gain the teachings and moral values of a normal US citizen, he was rather pulled by the Pakistani ideology and decided to follow the path of illusion and idiotism. Headly tells that he grew this repulsion towards India when he was a school going kid and Indian Air force troops bombarded his school when the war was going on between two neighboring nations in the year 1971 into which Pak as usual tasted the smell of soil from the hands of Indian army. This snobbish character gilled him to be a part of Lashkar-e-taiyaba which was declared as a terrorist organization after the attacks of 9/11 by US. He got trained himself for around 3 years under the terrorist organization and decided to attack on Mumbai.

In this context he began his research in year 2006, while several times travelling to India on US passport and immigration system. However, he was held a couple of times before on allegation of drug smuggling more specifically Pakistani heroine but however he managed to limit his sentences of very short durations as per the US law against drug smuggling and consuming. After his first visit to India it was easy for him to again check into the country without anymore cognizance. Every time he pretended to be a tourist and intensified his spot location, map allocation and route plan into his mind and handy cam, he also had a GPS device which assisted him to understand the network of every transit possibility to India without any sort of security check. And a few weeks before he materialized his bloody mission he had this foolproof plan of reaching to Mumbai through navy route from Karachi.

Once the contravening plan decided everything was set to roll, headly and Lashkar-e-Taiyaba had their fest of joy. Consequently many Indian and foreign civilians along with our immaculate defence guards had to loose their lives. The entire nation was seized to despair. Loss made by them is irreparable with a tease in every Indian heart.

Pakistan’s Stand:

It is even a more complexed issue if we consider about the Pakistan’s stand on this matter. A nation hostile by its own political, social, legislative and executive system has none other than job by just swinging its neck sideways on any query regarding the grooming of terrorism and participation of ISI in into any kind of unkind and terrorist activity. Its politician who themselves are the hostage of military hierarchy are extravagantly claims that Pakistan is against the terrorism and does not provide any shelter for it to nurture. Neither Pakistan nor the Pakistani supported alliances would ever come to accept the fact of aggrieving their own existence and its authenticity therefore the word responsible is far away to associate with them.

Pulverizing their own regard into the heart and minds of their own population from their own hands has been the greatest trait of Pakistan. And graciously accumulating without any protest has been the greatest trait of its population, so they equally reciprocate mutually and protest kicked out of the calculation because protest itself compiled of PRO & TEST and evidently neither its governance nor its people are either PRO(fessionals) to accept the reality on real grounds and TEST(ify) confronting the truth.

environment providing the two opposite sexes to develop even more proximity in their respective thoughts, preaching and understanding. Liberation in all the mentioned practices leads to compile an environment whose responsibility is to build a nation stronger into competiveness, participation and successiveness.

But it’s obvious to know that every affair has two aspects either positive or negative it depends on the person to person whether what aspect they want to get acquainted with. There is no point on discussing if we consider about positivity, but there are lots of arrays to discuss upon if we consider negativity into this matter. Taking by example, the latest MMS scandal in JNU, India’s one of the biggest and reputed university for higher studies. Proclaiming the fact for generating the future’s responsible citizens, the poor university is succumbing to its moral injuries. A bunch of few sick people (both boys and girls) contaminated the purity of elements of being a responsible citizen, further depolarizing the glory of reputation of university and mighty moral values respectively.

Investigations behind the whole scenario are fluttering between the police, university’s administration and other agencies. It is believed that students in universities are supposed to learn and educate. But had we ever conceived the real meaning of being literate? Does literacy only stand for the person who can only read and write? Or, is it false to state that a literate person is the one who can justify between good and bad with respect to the standard perimeters of line of difference between good and bad. It’s a big matter of concern now. Was India much better during the times when women were supposed to be a house caretaker only while spending their whole life behind a foot or two of curtain on their forehead? Or is it the tendency of male dominated society in India to accuse and put the blame on their pathetic tendency and mentality.

Remarkably even this scandal is going to freeze in the apathy of time, but it is prominently stating the question of the origination of such weird incidents into our society. No matter sex is a basic requirement equally for a male and female both, but is it worth to make it publically exposed? Or is it the outlook of modernization and boldness and right to freedom which is our basic and constitutionally approved right. Even amendment in constitution is not going to topple the malpractices like this. It should be better for us now to assume and get adapt to this scenario. After all we are the youth and present of this nation; and we have the power to mould us in our way if we are not willing or unsuccessful in bringing the transformation.

Live in Relationship

For having sex one has to be legally tied with it's partner thats the ideology, denial of which could result in expulsion or some wierd litigation from the head of the society.

If we consider the fact of modernization and competitor-ship than it sounds absolutely contrary to counter these kinds of budding issues such as live-in relationship. On one hand it's essential for the present generation to adapt and be acquainted with technologies, education and other studies contrarily advocating for such issues. There is no objection on the point that these are sensitive issues but sentivity should always be catered and dealt with fragility. Where on one side India is the largest democratic nation and here is everyone free and equal and when the one thinks or commits something beyond par then it turns out to be provocative and irrational.

Live-in relationship ais not all about being too passionate, strolling waivered and more specifically doing sex with the partner while just satisfying the physical needs of each other, rather it encompasses with variety of commitments and mutual pacts. Meanwhile the couple tries to get along with each other's attitude, behaviour and reactions, which could further emphasize on a successfull marriage yeilding positive results but, pity! negativity always has the upper hand.

However, specifically for females it's a big issue of loosing virginity before getting married but for a person who has the courage and boldness to be affirmative in live-in relationship, for them virginity is a miniature to deal with. Relentlessly it's a marriage before marriage which doesn't always focus on agonizing issues for the mighty society.

Comprehensions, etiquettes, regard and respect (for relationships of any kind) are some values which are not encoded in any constitution of the state. But they carry a bulk of ethical values determined to harmony into the society. Acceptance and rejections never matters if justice, fairness and companionship prevail.

Bi-Pass Surgery

The prime minister Mr Manmohan Singh has to undergo a heart bypass surgery on saturday. He will undergo "CORONARY ARTERY BYPASS SURGERY" for which he is been admitted into AIIMS. 76 years old Mr. Singh has a heart ailment history for which he had undergone a bypass surgery 18 years ago and angioplasty 6 years back. A team of 11 doctors collectively from AIIMS and AHI (Mumbai) led by Dr. P.K.Panda expert in heart surgery has been appointed for the heart surgery of the PM.

Therefore the P.M will miss the Republic Day celeberation as he will be on rest for atleast 3 weeks after the surgery. In his absence the external affair minister Mr. Pranab Mukherjee will offiiciate on his chair until The P.M resumes.

Just after the P.M renewed his Driving License, instead of sitting on driving seat he is now onto the hospital bed due to his cardiac problem. Mr. Singh is a great economist and calculatively its good to get treated just before the public announces its decision after the election for Central Govt. which is due very shortly. Which reminds of Sh. Atal Bihari Vajpayee during his Govt.

Erractic ride of fake pride

Situation under control-Last week Mumbai was in the headlines of media worldwide-yet again enduring a ruthless terrorist attack on its chest. A battle of almost 3 days with 195 death and injuring more than 250. Though this kind of attack wasn't new for Mumbai but leaving a big smudge over those people who are said to be responsible for spreading fake proud of being maratha.

When mumbai was battling to save its glory none of the so called Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) follower came out to fight for what they had been jumping & pumping over being Maharashtrian. Recently MNS chief Raj Thackrey raised intense boycott act towards the non-maratha people from anywhere in India to come and reside and work in Maharashtra. Rather a large no. of non-mharashtrian people specially from Bihar, Bengal and U.P were appallingly beaten and humiliated.

But what happened to Raj Thackrey when more than 200 NSG and ATS commandos collectively came to rescue the heart of Mumbai The Taj, and other buildings siezed by the mighty terrorists? Why didn't Raj Thackrey rose out to stop those commandos and send its servant to save their hollow pride of being maratha?

Surprisingly out of those 200 hundred commandos none of them are maharashtrian. And what might have been the consequence if those commandos didn't came to rescue the shelter of Raj Thackrey? Definitely things would have been bizarre.

Being proud of what one posses(es) and what authority and influence one has towards its followers is not a bad thing neither a big deal, but strongly molding the people in a dirty mind-frame of region-ism/vicinity only divides the people, divides the unity, and ultimately divides the Nation.

MNS and Raj Thackrey must remember that someone has quoted it correctly "As u reap;As u sow".

Mumbai Pulsated by Terror attack

Yet again throbbed by the terrorist attack On Wednesday night Mumbai became a war-zone with numerous bomb attacks and rapid firing. Until now the death toll reaches to 101 and 281 injured out of which 9 are foreigners. 3 senior police officers also got hit by the bullets of terrorists which claimed their life. And the battle is still on-two blasts took place outside the premises of the hotels killing many people. Terrorist impounded the famous luxurious Buildings like "The hotel Taj", "Hotel Oberoi", and a famous Chinese restaurant "The Golden Gate", and "Nariman House".

Terrorist group "Deccan Mujahiddin" has taken the responsibility for the whole massacre. Coast Guard has started intensified search for the vessel being sent two aircraft choppers for the hunt as terrorist reached to Mumbai with the private ship “M.V Alpha” from the sea route and relentlessly started blind firing on the people to enter into these buildings, they also triggered down many people on the third floor of the hotel Taj to take over the control, all the guests into the hotel are made hostages and threatened to kill one by one if their demands are not met.

Terrorist in ransom asked to free all the mujahiddins being imprisoned by the Indian Govt. and their motive is to spread the terror in the whole nation, all the terrorists are lased with heavy artillery such as AK-47, AK-56, Grenades and bombs. They said to have repeatedly set the various floors of the hotel Taj on fire, they have been constantly firing on the rescue team and exploding bombs to get rid off them,

Mumbai Police, ATS, NSG has heavily deployed their cops to take over the rescue command and to bring situation under control also Navy has sent their special commandos to assist them. So far 6 terrorists have been mowed down by the rescue team. However the local residents have been rescued in the wee hours yesterday just after this battle commenced between security and terrorists to avoid more casualties during the operation.

So far it’s been 24 hours to the rescue operations, but no real success has come into the hands of rescue team. Now what technique police will imply to take total control, is a big question ahead? Nonetheless black raging smoke of fire and raining of bullets along with the connoting comments and opinions of the leaders in order to ransack the votes in upcoming assembly elections infringing on the name of terrorism was the biggest feature of Mumbai in the last 24 hours.

Dry day is never dry

We all must have heard of "Dry Day" which literally stands for the closure of wine & beer shops on that particular day and sale of liquor is illegal. And to dishonour this law the licence holder of the outlet is considered as fallible and can be imposed with heavy penalty of fine and imprisonment and both.

But very often it is seen-drunkard-voyagers always hunt for the red-water, and their thirst further increases when its declared as a dry day. Their hunt ends when their thirst quenches, but the question is from where all the liquor is made available on Dry Day?

It is correctly speculated that the police has all the clues and knowledge about those people who sells the liquor in black market on higher rates than MRP. approximately on double or triple rates. Mostly these sellers belongs to slum areas and are generally known as "saansis". Most of them says that its their parental business to sell and manufacture the liquor no matter its legal or illegal. Despite of knowing this police doesn't take any action against this practice.

Corruption and greed for the money in law defence personals poses a great jeopardy to the laws made under the constitution of India, but unfortunately as a result-this evil practice of illegal selling of liquor is now a safer practice under the custody of those who are supposed to stop it. And when creator turns into destructor then there is no way out.
